We extract the juice from the finest variety of Sicilian lemons to create a juicy and intense flavour. By using our signature process of “mantecazione” we created a very light Sorbetto with a beautiful smooth and creamy texture. Our Limone Sorbetto is perfect when served as a “digestivo” after dinner in a tall Martini glass.
Stracciatella was originally created in Bergamo (North of Italy) in 1962 and became an iconic Italian Gelato flavour. A world apart from the American “chocolate chip ice cream”, our No.6 Stracciatella Gelato is made with Fiordilatte (“fior” = flower; “di” = of; “latte” = milk) and a drizzle of melted dark chocolate shavings.
