Stracciatella was originally created in Bergamo (North of Italy) in 1962 and became an iconic Italian Gelato flavour. A world apart from the American “chocolate chip ice cream”, our No.6 Stracciatella Gelato is made with Fiordilatte (“fior” = flower; “di” = of; “latte” = milk) and a drizzle of melted dark chocolate shavings.
Fresh milk, cream, glucose syrup, sugar, water, skimmed milk powder, plain chocolate (4%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), natural stabiliser: carob seed flour.
