To make our Lemon Sorbet, we extract the juice from only the finest variety of Sicilian lemons to produce a juicy and intense flavour. Using our signature process of mantecazione, we created a very light sorbetto with a beautiful, smooth, and creamy texture. Do like the Italians, and serve our lemon sorbet as a “digestivo“ after dinner, in a tall Martini glass. Sorbetto N.3 Limone Siciliano is approved by the Vegan Society.
