If you thought gelato was just frozen cream in a cone, head to the Hoxton Hotel next week for a far deeper understanding of the cold stuff. Artisanal gelato makers Remeo Gelato will be setting up shop on 11 July from 6.30pm to guide fans through a multi-sensory experience showcasing the process, recipes and ingredients that go into each of their five flavours.
