Why is our dark chocolate ice cream so good?
We carefully selected the best ingredients for our premium chocolate gelato. The richness of taste of our dark chocolate ice cream comes from a very high percentage (72!) of the finest quality cocoa, and from its origin. Our chocolate is mono-origin, coming from Ecuador only. To preserve the natural intensity of Ecuadorian chocolate, we decide to protect its integrity and not to mix it with chocolate elsewhere sourced. The excellent quality of the fresh pasteurised milk then makes the rest. We also avoid flavourings and colours, to keep the real taste of dark chocolate intact.
