We harvest our Blackcurrants from the northern peaks of Italy in the Trentino region. Within its lush and mountainous vegetation lies some of the world’s best “Ribes Nigrum” variety, known for its deep purple colour, distinct flavour and high level of anthocyanins (a compound with antioxidant effects).
